Jeffrey P. Julien - Chairman of the Board

  • Joined Raymond James Financial, Inc. in 1983 and named Chief Financial Officer in 1987 and is responsible for all SEC reporting and financial management of the bank's parent public company.
  • CPA with Price Waterhouse prior to joining Raymond James Financial.
  • Serves on the board of Raymond James Trust Company.

Bo Godbold

  • Joined Raymond James Financial, Inc. in 1969. Elected to Board in 1977. Served as President from 1986 to March, 2002. Currently serving as Vice Chairman.

Gordon Johnson

  • President and co-owner of Highway Safety Devices, a provider of contracted services specializing in the installation and repair of signalization, guardrail, signage and lighting on highway and road construction projects.
  • Former Chief Executive Officer of Stonegate Partners, a Florida based financial buyout firm focused on acquiring middle market companies and previously served Bank of America for fifteen years, including Strategies Group Executive for the state of Florida.
